My client is a well known contractor that provides mechanical and electrical services for both the public and private sector around Hampshire and the surrounding areas
Originally a mechanical contractor, this is a rare opportunity to grow the Heat Pump side of the business, with a view to becoming a Director
Package:
Progression to Operations Director and company shares
Salary £60,000 + bonus
Realistic salary £70,000
40 hours per week split between office and site
28 days holiday
4% pension
Electric company vehicle
Role:
Overseeing heat pump projects
Managing heat pump contracts
Estimating heat pump projects
Supervision of heat pump installation and maintenance engineers
Responsible for documentation and records
Split between site and office
Requirements:
Qualified Heat Pump Engineer, Renewable Engineer or Commercial Gas Engineer
High level heat pump knowledge
Experienced in managing renewable / heat pump equipment projects
Experienced in managing renewable / heat pump equipment contracts
Excellent coaching & mentoring skills
