Are you a Revit / BIM Technician seeking a challenge which provides the opportunity to be involved on a variety of exciting built environment projects?
Do you want to play a role in a high-performing, experienced wider BIM focused team within a dual-office Building Services Consultant?
This opening provides the ideal time to join an established Consultant who are seeking further growth in the medium to long term.
The Role –
– Assisting with delivery of projects working in conjunction with fellow Revit professionals and building services engineers
– Co-ordination and modelling of building services systems across mechanical and electrical areas
– Liaising with internal and external professionals such as contractors, staff, further
– Prepare and amend drawings in software such as Revit / AutoCAD to meet relevant project specification
Requirements –
– Possessing HND / HNC or higher level qualification within building services engineering or similar
– Competency in AutoCAD, Revit packages
– Background within relevant building services / MEP position
Package –
– To £50k annum
– 25 days annual holiday, excluding bank holidays
– Hybrid working
– Contributory Healthcare scheme
