Revit Technician MEP – Building Services
Working in conjunction with an established design and build M&E Contractor who are seeking a MEP Revit Technician to join the Bolton based office team.
Operating as one of the leading UK M&E service contractors outside of London the vast professionals within the company have a wealth of expertise and knowledge within the construction sector.
Our client have developed a high-level reputation throughout the industry from the reliable and professional quality of delivery within built environment project sectors such as Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial and Retail areas.
The Role –
– Direct communication with varying clients and acting as point of contact for BIM expertise
– Close, professional working relationship with Design Engineer colleagues
– Capability to conduct BIM / Revit area duties with minimal assistance
– Participation in meetings both internally and externally
Requirements –
– Navisworks proficiency with clash detection and coordination experience
– Revit MEP functionality understanding inclusive of modelling systems, creating and working systems as well as sheets creation
– Passion for and ability to produce neat drawings and modelling
– Desire to develop new digital skills in ever evolving industry
Package –
– To £50k per annum
– 28 days’ annual holiday allowance
