Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with hauliers, agents, and internal teams to arrange and manage freight shipments.
Handle customs clearance and update systems with shipment and costing information.
Negotiate rates with hauliers to secure competitive pricing and reliable service.
Identify opportunities to reduce transport costs and improve margins.
Support internal departments and contribute to process improvements.

Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work confidently under pressure and solve problems effectively.
A team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
Experience in freight or logistics.
