Location: Trafford Park, Manchester
Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 (DOE)

We’re partnering with a truly global logistics organisation with an excellent reputation in the market and exceptionally low staff turnover. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to add an ambitious individual to their Road Freight Customer Solutions team at their Trafford Park office.
This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years’ freight forwarding experience who wants more responsibility, exposure to international operations, and clear progression opportunities within a supportive, well-structured business.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 – 5:30

The Role
As part of the Road Freight Customer Solutions team, you’ll be responsible for:
Managing end-to-end road freight shipments
Acting as a key point of contact for customers, providing first-class service
Coordinating with internal teams, hauliers, and overseas offices
Handling quotes, bookings, and documentation
Proactively solving customer and operational challenges
About You
1-3 years’ experience in freight forwarding (road freight experience preferred)
Ambitious, motivated, and keen to progress your career
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organised, detail-focused, and commercially aware
