Location: Plymouth, UK
Salary: £28,000 – £33,000pa (DOE)
Working Hours: Monday-Friday (8:30am – 17:30pm)
Are you a detail-orientated freight forwarder, experienced in Road Freight and Import Logistics, looking for a new and exciting role with a growing freight forwarder? Then this role could be excellent for you!
My client is looking for an experienced Road Freight Import Coordinator to join their team based in Plymouth. The right candidate will have experience dealing with Road Freight operations, ideally with experience dealing with import groupage operations. Backgrounds in Sea and Air Freight and Export Logistics will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day EU Road Freight operations, start-to-finish.
- Handling Import Groupage and documentation.
- Raising Job files and all of the appropriate operations paperwork.
- Supplier and client liaison, invoicing agreed rates.
- Internal liaison with the sales team assisting with quotations and service information.
Requirements:
- Road freight (Groupage) operations experience is essential.
- Import operations experience.
- Road planning process experience.
- Excellent customer service experience.
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
