We are recruiting for a Road Freight Internal Sales Executive to join an award-winning, global logistics company at their modern office in Eccles, Manchester.

The Role

As part of the internal sales team, you will play a key role in driving new business and supporting the growth of the road freight division.

Key responsibilities include:

• Generating new business opportunities through outbound calls and lead follow-up
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Providing competitive quotations for European road freight services
• Supporting the external sales team and wider operations
• Managing customer accounts and identifying opportunities for growth
• Working towards individual and team sales targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales (road freight preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
