Road Freight Operations & Customs Coordinator
Location: Solihull (Hybrid – 2 days from home)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

What’s on offer:
£30,000-£35,000 salary
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (flexible if needed)
25 days holiday + bank holidays
Hybrid working – 2 days from home

What you’ll do:
Coordinate European road freight shipments
Manage customs documentation and processes
Liaise with hauliers, customers, and internal teams
Monitor shipments and resolve issues proactively
You’ll need:
Experience in road freight operations
Knowledge of European customs procedures
Strong organisation and attention to detail
A flexible, customer-focused approach
