Location: Wythenshawe
Hours: Mon – Fri, 9:00 – 17:30 (Flexible start and finish times)
Hybrid working: 2 days from home, 3 office-based
Salary: Up to £35,000 (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end road freight operations for a portfolio of clients
- Act as the primary contact for customer accounts, ensuring service excellence
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
- Negotiate rates with hauliers and suppliers to deliver cost-effective solutions
- Provide quotations and track market trends to remain competitive
- Coordinate collections and deliveries across the UK and Europe
- Monitor and resolve operational issues, ensuring on-time performance
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for shipments
- Collaborate with internal teams to support account growth and retention
- Support the sales team during client visits and account reviews
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in road freight forwarding/operations
- Strong commercial awareness and customer service skills
- Confident in managing accounts and building long-term relationships
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- A proactive problem-solver who can stay calm under pressure
