Salary: £40,000 – £50,000
We are working closely with a Global Freight Forwarding Organisation that is built on a reputation based upon reliability, innovation, team work and customer service, which is admirable throughout the industry. They provide a large variety of logistics services ranging from; tower network management, primary distribution, consolidation, cross docking, warehousing, customs, supply chain analysis and consultancy.
We are currently Looking for a Road Freight Operations Manager to join our multinational business based in Folkestone
The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day international division of the business. Supporting the operations manager’s in dealing with Customer queries, sub-contractor issues and working alongside central functions like Customs, Finance & HR in making sure P&L is on time and accurate for period reports. Working alongside the International director to achieve all targets and goals. Account managing of customers and engaging in review meetings to maintain and grow business. Development of the existing staff, and building the teams to support the Companies growth strategies. A opportunity to be part of a exiting company that offers opportunity and development from within.
We are interested in speaking with individuals who specialise within the European Road Freight markets or with a UK general haulage/transport background, preferably CPC holder.
