A leading global logistics provider is seeking a Road Freight Operator to join their team at their flagship UK site in Solihull. The Opportunity:
As Road Freight Operator, you will be responsible for coordinating domestic and European road freight movements, managing end-to-end shipment processes, and delivering high service standards to a wide client base. You’ll be working within a supportive team and a modern, forward-thinking environment that values both operational excellence and employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate road freight operations across the UK and Europe

• Liaise with customers, hauliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient deliveries

• Prepare and manage all relevant transport documentation

• Monitor shipments and resolve any service issues promptly

• Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous process improvement

About You:

• Proven experience in a road freight or transport operations role

• Strong knowledge of domestic or international road freight procedures

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Confident using logistics systems and Microsoft Office applications
