Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator
We are recruiting a Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator / Internal Sales Engineer for a 25 years established engineering company in Hemel Hempstead. The company provide equipment and services to businesses throughout the UK.
The Role
Reporting to the Technical Sales Director, you will provide sales support and sales administrations within the Sales Department.
- Dealing with incoming enquiries
- Converting customer enquiries into technical specifications
- Compiling quotations
- Logging sales orders
- Working with the Production Department
- Raising purchase orders and invoices
- Managing sales from concept to completion
- Selecting and creating monthly case studies to publish on the website
You
- You will have held a similar role within a sales department ie: Sales Administrator or Sales Coordinator or Internal Sales Engineer
- This role has some technical elements, so experience dealing with product specifications would be helpful or an engineering background
- HNC or degree in an engineering discipline helpful
- Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
- Salary £25K – £30K
- Bonus £2-£4K
- 20 days holiday
- 37.5 hours per week
