Sales Engineer

Sales Engineer

We are looking for a qualified mechanical or electrical engineer for this new Sales Engineer vacancy. Knowledge of precision engineering, CNC machine tools or tool making is beneficial

The Role

  • Office based with client visits
  • Identifying new clients; engineering machine shops, tool making companies, engineering companies across all industries
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
  • Contact lapsed clients to offer new products
  • Client visits

Requirements

  • Experience in selling to engineering companies
  • Qualified engineer – mechanical or electrical
  • Experienced Sales Engineer, Internal Sales, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager
  • Knowledge of machine tools beneficial
  • Strong sales skills and completing full sales cycles
  • Know how to manage own schedule and diary

Package

  • Salary up to £45,000 plus commission of 1.5% of sale value
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Company pension
