Internal Sales Executive / Trainee Recruiter

White Recruitment is searching for a Sales Executive to join our team of Recruiters. We will train you to become a successful recruiter to enable you to run your own specialist recruitment desk.

The role

Whilst agency recruitment is sales based, with us its not high pressure or overly KPI driven. We trust our staff to manage their own time and activity levels.

• Matching candidates with vacancies
• Interviewing candidates
• Writing and publishing job adverts
• Screening applications
• Researching new companies

Package

• Salary £22K-£25K basic, 25 days holiday
• OTE £30K year 1, £39K year 2
