Sales Manager – Field Sales – Industrial Products
I’m recruiting a Sales Manager to join a manufacturer of lighting technology based in Portsmouth. Home-based role, with 1 day per week in the office.
This is an opportunity for a driven and self-motivated sales professional with experience selling industrial products to join a well-established manufacturer pushing the boundaries of technology within their sector.
Would suit a sales professional with experience selling industrial products that may include; lighting, tools, plumbing, hardware, electrical products, safety/security products to wholesalers or direct to customers.
The Role
- Implement sales strategies to sell new and existing products within the portfolio to new and existing customers.
- Visiting customer sites
- Visiting trade shows
- Continually conduct market analysis.
You
- Experience selling industrial products to private and/or public customers in a role such as
- Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Sales Executive, Account Manager, Business Development Manager or similar
- A strong product background, affinity towards tools and technology, taking a category approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
