- Proven track record of success in sales, ideally within the parcel, logistics, or service-driven industry.
- Tenacious, ambitious, and highly motivated with a drive to succeed.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and influencing skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and confident objection handling.
- Positive, resilient, and able to work well under pressure.
- A strong team player with integrity, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
- Flexible, professional, and committed to exceeding expectations.
- Full UK driving licence is essential.
