Sales Manager – OEM

Sales Manager – Southampton – Up to £70,000

Location: Southampton (Hybrid Working)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Our client are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join their team, with a focus on growing and managing OEM relationships across the UK & Ireland. You’ll be at the forefront of developing strategic partnerships, achieving ambitious sales targets, and supporting global customer growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth across OEMs in the Autos and High & Heavy segments.
• Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
• Represent the company at customer performance reviews and strategic meetings.
• Support and execute global customer growth strategies.
• Conduct regular sales visits and negotiations with potential and existing OEM clients.
• Renew and manage contracts while ensuring service delivery excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in the automotive or logistics industry, preferably with OEMs.
• Right to work in the UK / Must be based in the UK
• Strong understanding of the UK logistics market, particularly in high and heavy cargo.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven with a collaborative and flexible approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel across the UK & Ireland.
