Sales Order Processor / Tenders Administrator
I am recruiting for an Order Processor to join a great Family-run Engineering company with 130 employees and fantastic internal progression.
My client is looking for a dedicated person to process customers orders & help in the administration of Tenders with a busy service, repair and warranty department.
The Role
- Maintain customer satisfaction whilst accurately processing incoming orders
- Ensure correct equipment selection to satisfy customer requirements and generate quotations with timescales
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, management and internal departments
- Maintain accurate electronic records
You
- Driving Licence (Essential) – Due to Location
- Previous experience of the administration on tenders and/or order processing. Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator.
- Engineering Qualification is desirable (ONC, HNC, B,ENG)
- Experience of working for a manufacturer also highly desirable
Package
- Salary £24k-£26k
