Position: Sea Freight Coordinator
Hours: Mon – Fri -9:am – 17:30pm
Location: Bradford BD2
Salary: £25,000 – £31,000
Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 17:30pm – Flexibility with start / finish times to be discussed

The Position: Sea Freight Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for completing the entire life cycle of the sea imports and exports process for key clients & accounts.
To be responsible for producing high quality customs clearances and delivering outstanding customer service to all customers, overseas partners and suppliers.
Key Duties:
Dealing with a variety of commodities for all import and export shipments
Be able to handle the whole life cycle of the shipment from clearance to delivery to the customer
Complete day to day customs clearance for all sea freight shipments
Arrange delivery onward to the client
Deal with all queries quickly and efficiently
Liaise with overseas agents and hauliers
Build good working relationships with both customers and colleagues
Arrange import and export shipments for FCL & LCL
Essential Requirements:
You will need to have at least 2 years experience in freight forwarding
Sea freight Import and export experience is essential
Customs Clearance experience
Experience using Multifreight system
Excellent customer service skills
