Sea Freight Import Coordinator
Totton – Southampton
We are currently looking for an experienced Sea Freight Import Coordinator to join our small and friendly team based at Totton, Southampton.
This role is ideal for someone with solid sea import experience who can work confidently and independently with minimal training.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing end-to-end sea freight import shipments
Liaising with customers, shipping lines, hauliers, and overseas agents
Handling import documentation and customs-related processes
Using CargoWise for daily operations (experience highly desirable)
About You:
Proven experience in sea freight imports
Comfortable working in a small team environment
CargoWise experience is a strong advantage
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
What We Offer:
Salary £30,000 – £40,000, dependent on experience
Working hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm
25 days holiday
Supportive, close-knit team (5 people in the branch)
