Location: Basildon
Hours: Monday-Friday, Business Hours
Hybrid Working: Option available once established (2 days per week)
Salary: £27,000 – £33,000 (depending on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Sea Import Co-ordinator to join our team in Basildon.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 2 years’ import experience, particularly in sea freight, who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and managing end-to-end shipment processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain.
- Essential: Sea import experience (export experience advantageous).
- Strong understanding of ocean freight processes.
- Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills.
- Able to prioritise multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Detail-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
