Senior Mechanical Design Engineer – Building Services
Working in conjunction with a multi-disciplinary Building Services Engineering Consultant presently looking to expand their Birmingham practice team with a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer professional.
Our client offer ranging expertise from MEP Building Services Engineering, Sustainability, Net Carbon Zero, Energy Management within the built environment.
The well-established Consultant have a wealth of in-house Design Engineer experience, using the latest skills, knowledge and technologies to implement project requirements to deliver Sustainable buildings to the highest standard.
The Role –
– Autonomous production of design, drawing, calculation, report and specification
– Scheme designs across varying project sectors inclusive of Residential, Medical, Leisure, Mixed-Use, further
– Strong communicator within Mechanical team and externally with client, contractor, architects, etc
– Overseeing works, offering guidance to members of Mechanical team
Requirements –
– Degree qualified – within HNC / HND Building Services or relevant Engineering area
– Strong technical knowledge
– Ability to work autonomously, as part of a team and offer guidance for junior colleagues where required
Package –
– To £60k per annum
