Senior Project Manager – Building Services
We are now looking for a Program Manager (Senior Project Manager) with a strong project management background in the mechanical building services.
My client is a global organisation designing and building pre-fabricated HVAC solutions for data center applications and works with some of the world’s largest tech companies.
You will be either a Senior Project Manager or a Programme Manager managing an ongoing program with a key and blue-chip customer.
The role
- Based in Droitwich, with only limited requirement for travel
- Managing an ongoing build program for an important customer
- Overseeing a team of project managers
- Scheduling
- RFIs
- Client liaison
Hours: 38 hours, flexible working between 0930-1630, Friday 9.30 to 13.00
Requirements
- You must be within a reasonable commuting distance to Droitwich
- You will have several years of senior project management experience
- You will hold extensive mechanical building services, pipework, plant room knowledge
Package
- Salary circa £75K
- Perm or Contract
- 25 days holiday
