Senior Projects Manager / Contracts Manager – Construction / M&E
My client is an established global manufacturer of packaged HVAC plant room installations supplying throughout EMEA from their UK site. They have an excellent brand and employer reputation due to teamwork and valuing their employees’ contributions.

We invite applications from experienced Senior Projects Manager and Senior Contracts Managers with a background in M&E contracting.
The Role
- Although very much based around project management this role focuses on the contracts element of projects
- Oversee all contracts from commercial, risk & profitability point of views
- Manage risk, mitigate exposure, ensure contractual adherence to contract conditions
- Identify variations and billable extra work
- In rare cases of issues manage and lead arbitration and mediation
Hours: 38 hours, flexible working between 0930-1530
You
- Experienced contracts management experience within the construction / M&E sector / Building Services
- Knowledge and experience of arbitration and mediation beneficial
- Knowledge of contracts such as JCT, NEC
- Strong communication skills, leadership capability
- Driving licence preferred
