Senior Sales Engineer – Forging
Internal Senior Technical Sales Engineer required to join a long established and successful business. The company are ever expanding and growing through acquisition.
Knowledge of forging or selling fixings is essential for this role.
They manufacture and sell a wide range of forged, fabricated, and machined products including offering reverse engineering and replication services and often low volume runs.
They are now looking to expand the sales team with an additional Senior Technical Sales Engineer. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales engineer to join a business and develop with the company.
The Role
- Typically office based with occasional customer visits as required
- Selling a wide range of standard and engineered to order components
- Pricing, estimating from engineering drawings
- Quotes and follow up
Requirements
- Applicants must be a qualified mechanical engineer
- Several years previous engineering sales experience is essential
- Ability to use Solidworks beneficial
- Experience selling similar products is essential; fixings, fasteners, fabricated or forged components
- Live locally already
