We’re working with a global logistics leader who is expanding rapidly across the Florida market and is looking for a driven Senior Sales Specialist to join their high-performing team in Miami.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Winning new business across freight forwarding, transport, and 3PL solutions
• Managing the full sales cycle – from prospecting through to closing deals
• Building and developing long-term client relationships
• Targeting key accounts and growing market share across Florida
• Delivering consultative, solution-led sales tailored to customer needs

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in freight forwarding / logistics sales
• Strong knowledge of air, ocean, and domestic transport solutions
• A consistent track record of hitting and exceeding targets
• A hungry, driven sales professional who thrives in a competitive market
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
