Senior Surveyor / Project Manager – Building Services

Working in conjunction with a multi-disciplinary consultant offering expertise within the built environment presently seeking a Senior Surveyor / Project Manager professional to join their Ascot-based team.

The established practice are a recognisable presence in the Building Services industry following years of high-quality, inspired building design solutions across varying project sectors throughout greater London, Berkshire and beyond.

This is an opportunity for a driven Senior Surveyor / Project Manager professional to become part of a consultancy known for high level project delivery while ensuring the highest standards are upheld.

The Role –

– Forging close client relations throughout projects ensuring specific and detailed visions are brought to life

– Taking ownership of project outcomes and providing all requirements are adhered to

– Managing wide-ranging built environment sectors from minor to major work aspects on projects from inception to completion

Requirements –

– Possessing reaching 5 years’ background within a Building Services Surveyor position

– Extensive experience of managing budgets

– Knowledgeable within a building design discipline

– Background within managing design solutions

Package –

– To £65k per annum

– 25 days’ holiday per annum, excluding bank holidays

– Private Healthcare, Private Dentalcare and RAC cover

– Incentive scheme for introduction of new clients

– Annual bonus, at discretion of Partners
