The Company:
This provider specialises in Elderly, Dementia & General Nursing care. They pride themselves on meeting every individuals needs in a warm, homely and friendly environment. Part of a group of homes that have an excellent reputation for not only the continuing support they offer to their staff but the time they invest in staff moral.
Requirements:
– Early identification of potential service failure
– To provide managers and the operations team with the tools and information required to enable them to comply with legislative & regulatory requirements.
– Internal Regulation audits / mock CQC visits to be undertaken in those homes identified as potential risk.
– Weekly review of service improvement plans for identified homes ensuring actions progressing as stated within the plan, in partnership with Home and Regional Manager.
