Service Engineer/Site Engineer
***Must be 45min commute from Horton – BS37***
My client is seeking to recruit additional Service Engineers to join their existing team in coping with a rapidly growing client base.
The ideal person will have a Plant or Agricultural background or have experience in servicing and repairing forklifts & other equipment. Have good hydraulic and electrical experience and have the ability to self diagnose machine faults / problems
The Role
- To service and repair the machines both in the workshop and out on site.
- To perform PDI`s on new machines prior to delivery to the customer.
- Be flexible due to the need to attend call outs to customer breakdowns at short notice.
You
- Experience in Plant/Agricultural equipment or Engineering qualification.
- Ability to work both on your own and as part of a team,
- Be well mannered and a good communicator, as the job will involve dealing with customers.
- You will need to be flexible due to the need to attend call outs to customer breakdowns at short notice.
Benefits
- Basic Salary between £36k/£40k based on experience + Regular opportunities for working overtime both in the week and weekends. etc (O.T.E £50K)
- Profit sharing bonus.
- 25 days annual holiday plus bank holidays.
- A fully equipped van will also be supplied.
- Product training will be provided onsite, and by attending offsite Dealer training courses.
