WR Logistics are currently recruiting for a Special Contracts Coordinator – Trainee to join their team based in Dartford.

Job Title: Special Contracts Coordinator – Trainee

Location: Dartford

Monday – Friday

Salary – £22,000 – £25,000

We have an exciting new position within the Specialist Services Team at our Dartford Branch. This interesting role provides an excellent opportunity for an individual who is confident at building and maintaining relationships with customers in order to generate and increase the business.

The position offers the individual the opportunity to work in one of the fastest growing departments within the Group and possible future career advances due to expansion.

Main duties will involve the handling of import and export consignments for our specialist markets such as Turkey, Morocco and Gibraltar and making sure their customer requirements are met, the Specialist Services Coordinator will be required to issue and follow up on computerised quotations, take bookings, following the customer’s requirements, processing into the computerised operating system and liaising with internal operational team together with Field Sales Team.

The successful Special Contracts Coordinator – Trainee must be exceptionally customer focussed, along with a confident and friendly disposition. They will possess excellent communication skills with a flexible approach to work and be able to develop effective relationships with customers and colleagues. Above all they will be able to demonstrate a commitment to delivering the highest standards of customer service.
