My client is a leading provider of high-quality ventilation products and solutions in the North East region. With a commitment to innovation and sustainability, they have earned a strong reputation for delivering cutting-edge ventilation solutions to consultant engineers and clients in various industries. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dynamic and driven Specification Sales Manager to join the team.
As a Specification Sales Manager or Specification Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales and growth of ventilation products within the North East territory. You will primarily focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with consultant engineers, architects, and specifiers to secure product specifications for ventilation solutions in upcoming projects.
Package:
£45,000 – £50,000 (realistic first year OTE of 60k)
25% bonus

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target consultant engineers, architects, and specifiers in the North East region.
Identify and engage with key decision-makers to promote our ventilation products and services.
Educate and assist clients in selecting the most suitable ventilation solutions for their projects.
Collaborate with the technical team to provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the specification process.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to win product specifications.
Act as a liaison between clients and our internal teams to ensure projects are executed seamlessly.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
Proven experience in specification sales, preferably within the ventilation or HVAC industry.
Strong understanding of ventilation products and their applications.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel within the North East region as needed
