I’m working with a manufacturer of air purification equipment. They have recently invested heavily in product development, releasing several game-changing air purifiers that they are looking to sell through specification. Although the company is over 100 years old, this is a new route to market and for the successful candidate will lead to a rare opportunity to progress to Head of Specification, managing a team of salespeople
This role is suitable for Specification Sales Managers, Sales Managers, Technical Sales Manager, Account Managers, Business Development Managers and Salespeople who have strong relationships with M&E Consultants and the desire to develop a new area of business
Requirements:
Currently selling to M&E Consultants
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving on sales targets
Must have worked for a manufacturer of air-handling equipment
Strong air handling knowledge, preferably air purification
Based near London as travel to Birmingham and Manchester will be required
Package:
Organic progression to Head of Specification Sales or similar
Salary to £57,500 – £69,000 including bonus
Base salary £50,000 – £60,000 plus bonus – this can be negotiated for exceptional sales people who can bring a clear route to market and demonstrable success of selling to consulting engineers
15% bonus based on revenue
Car or £7000 allowance
33 days holiday
