Support Technician – Controls & Automation
Are you a Controls engineer or do you have a background in controls and Automation?
Would you like to be in a role where you provide support and advice to customers?
My client are a well established distributor and support a wide range of products for industrial automation, process control and electrical engineering.
The Role
- Provide technical support and advice to customers via phone, email or video
- Take calls and reply to emails for any potential customer orders
- Talking customers through a series of steps to resolve their query
- Educating end-users on how to resolve future issues
Requirements
- Background working for a controls/automation company
- PLC Controls knowledge would be an advantage
- Good friendly telephone manner
Package
- Up to £40,000 salary
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Company pension
