Sustainability Consultant – Building Services

Are you an established Sustainability professional looking to form part of an ever-growing energy and sustainability focused team?

This opportunity allows an individual to implement their ideas to an open-minded contingent of sustainable specialists within a wider Building Services Consultant.

The singular practice have expanded to a group of in the region of 50 in-house Mechanical, Electrical, Sustainable engineering professionals with further expansion due to continued project wins and ongoing workings.

The Role –

– Assessing, evidencing and reporting on a variety of elements relating to sustainability and environmental concerns

– Coordinating formal BREEAM assessment process from start to project completion

– Undertaking life cycle analyses using proprietary software tools where appropriate

– Willingness to explore and develop additional sustainability strategies and developments

Requirements –

– Possess Sustainability / Environmental / relevant Engineering degree or higher level qualification

– In region of 3 years and above background of conducting environmental assessment methods (BREEAM, WELL, further legislation)

– Displayable knowledge of both relevant UK and European legislation

– Strong principle understanding of sustainable design with a willingness to develop new ideas, strategy

– To £50k per annum
