Technical Sales Administrator
Technical Sales Administrator / Internal Sales Engineer
An opportunity to work within an established engineering company, heavily focused on R&D and progression. This role would suit an experienced Sales Support Administrator within a technical or engineering industry, or a qualified engineer looking for a step into a business support role.
The Role:
- Processing orders
- Transferring data accurately onto the ERP (CRM) system
- Producing and following up on quotations
- Dealing with incoming queries
- Sending proof of deliveries
- Being responsible for the website chat, providing an exceptional customer experience
You:
- Previous sales administration experience with strong customer service skills
- Previous experience working within the manufacturing or engineering sector, however, this is not essential
- You may have experience in any of the following: Customer Service Administrator, Sales Support, Office Administrator, Office Assistant, Customer Service Advisor, Product Administrator, Account Manager or Sales Administrator.
Package:
Salary between £23,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
Monday – Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday
