Salary: £70,000 + benefits

An innovative UK based technology company is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to join their growing commercial team. Operating globally, the company is a leader in machine vision systems used for industrial inspection, automation, and guidance across multiple sectors.

The Role
You will support the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation through to closing- working alongside sales and engineering colleagues to develop tailored technical proposals and solutions. The role involves both inbound lead follow up and proactive outreach to new clients across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and nurture inbound leads

• Create technical quotations and presentations

• Develop new business through outbound activity

• Manage and grow existing global customer accounts

• Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams

• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce

• Support revenue targets and attend trade shows

About You

• 3+ years’ experience in technical sales (Machine Vision and Instrumentation)

• Degree-level education in Engineering

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)

• Organised, detail focused and target-driven

• Knowledge of industrial automation or machine vision

• Full UK driving licence
