Technical Sales Manager – HVAC

My client is a market-leader in the HVAC industry. They are looking for a Sales Manager to sell to consultants and contractors in either London or Bristol. HVAC equipment knowledge is essential, particularly strong with air handling units, chilled water systems and heat pumps

This is suitable for a high performing Sales Manager, Business Development Manager or Account Manager who possesses a track record of delivering CPD’s to consultants and selling to contractors in either London or Bristol

Package:

• Potential earnings up to £97,500

• Base salary £45,000 to £65,000 depending on experience

• Bonus for target 15%. 50% bonus for achieving 150% of target

• £9000 car allowance

• 33 days holiday

• Private health insurance

Requirements:

• Currently living commutable to Bristol or London

• Currently relationships with contractors and consultants in the HVAC industry

• Excellent HVAC product knowledge

• Familiar with air handling units, AHU’s, chillers, chilled water systems or heat pumps

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Strong technical knowledge of chiller and air handling unit products and solutions

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to travel as required

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share

• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities with new and existing customers

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders

• Provide technical expertise to customers and internal teams on chiller and air handling unit products and solutions

• Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets as required

• Manage and track sales pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of sales opportunities
