Technical Support Engineer – Aldershot Area – Machine Vision
An international engineering company specialising in machine vision technology is seeking a Technical Support / Applications Engineer to join their growing team.
As the successful Technical Support Engineer you will have a passion for AI and emerging technologies and will have previous experience within machine vision, vision systems, sensors, camera technologies, sensors or similar.
The Package:
Salary – £40,000-£50,000 (DOE)
Bonus scheme
Private Medical
25 days holiday + bank holidays
Pension 6% employer contribution
The Role:
- Providing technical support to customers over the phone and via MS Teams
- Visiting customers as and when required to provide product training and support.
- Providing technical support to the sales team.
- Perform feasibility studies in laboratory
- Responsibility to support sales team in Sensor and Machine Vision technology
- On-site customer training in software and hardware
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience working in sensors, cameras (Machine Vision / Vision Systems), Optics or similar.
- Will have worked in a technical support role previously.
- Must have a full UK driving license.
