Technical Support Engineer
I’m representing a global manufacturer of fans and motor technology. They are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to work as part of a large internal team, assisting service engineers and providing expert knowledge on fans, motors and the associated controls
This is a great opportunity for a ventilation engineer, lift engineer, elevator engineer or maintenance engineer with strong knowledge of motors and drives to come off the tools in to a support role
Package
Salary £37,000 – £43,000
10% bonus once out of probation (6 months)
Access to pool car for site visits
25 days holiday increasing to 30, plus bank holidays
4% pension – up to 30% available as salary sacrifice which the company will match
1 – 2 days hybrid working
Requirements:
Engineering qualifications such as a diploma in heating and ventilation, diploma in building services, diploma in lift engineering, B.Sc Mechanical Engineering, M.Eng Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc Building Sevices, M.Eng Building Sevices or similar
Good technical understanding of motors and fans
Role:
Telephone support for customers and service engineers
Site visits when required (approximately once per week)
