I am recruiting a Customer Service Representative, who will coordinate all customer queries and opportunities for the EMEA sales region.
The Role
- In this role, you will deal with business customers
- Coordinate customer quotations
- Provide timely information to customers on a variety of issues including but not limited to; pricing, logistics and quality, ensuring optimal customer service
- Maintaining CRM (customer relationship management system) with accurate and up-to-date information
- Generate and work on reports relating to sales order management
- Appropriate escalation of issues when necessary
You
- Experience working in office based Customer Service role such as Customer Service Executive or Internal Sales, Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or Sales Executive
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications
- SAP and CRM knowledge would be preferable
- Good time management
