We are seeking a bright, curious and proactive graduate to join a specialist operational team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain exposure to end-to-end freight operations, compliance, and customer coordination within a high-performing and supportive environment.
The Role
You will work within the operational team supporting the movement of international cargo, with full training provided. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing shipping documentation (Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists)
- Supporting export/import compliance and customs requirements
- Assisting with container bookings and shipment coordination
- Monitoring schedules, cut-offs and cargo movements
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, shipping lines and hauliers
- Supporting issue resolution and process improvements
Job Requirements
- No industry experience required – just a genuine interest in logistics and operations
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proactive, inquisitive mindset – you ask “why”, not just “how”
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
