Trainee – Hindi speaking Sales Executive
Trainee – Hindi speaking Sales Executive – Basildon – Up to £24,000
The purpose of this role is to support this business with its dealings with the Indian sub-content market.
The individual must be able to speak Hindi in addition to English.
Salary: Up to £24,000 DOE
Holiday: 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:30pm
Day to day:
* Assist the Route Development Manager in the execution of their duties
* Support of the Managing Director’s vision of the company to become more competitive and profitable
* Understand and execute the departments vision of good business development
* Sell the company’s services at the best possible price
* Help contribute to company growth in conjunction with targets and KPIs
* Ensure minimal risk is undertaken when negotiating new deals and contracts
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships with new and existing customers
* Manage and maintain data within the CRM systems
* Sell services by meeting customers off site at least 3 days per week
* Increase sales in line with targets and KPIs
* Report and record sales pipeline activities
* Prepare reports for prospects and pipeline profitability
* Carry out due diligence checks in respect of new customers
Requirements:
* Proficient in English and Hindi
* Able to speak Marathi/Gujrati – preferable
* Right to work in the UK
