Transport Compliance Manager required near Harlow
Joining a UK leader in temperature controlled distribution, you will be responsible for overseeing full compliance of the operation.
It is essential you have a managers CPC and have experience of O License compliance.
The Package:
Up to £47,500
Monday – Friday
Hours to suit business needs
33 days holiday inc Bank holidays

The Role:
Transport Compliance Manager will be responsible for both Vehicle and Driver compliance
You must ensure all road transport legislation is adhered to at all times
Transport Compliance Manager will complete full tacho analysis and vehicle checks
You are expected to manage disciplinary meetings as appropriate
Vehicles must be checked, serviced and MOT’d in line with company policies
All administration must be kept up to date and accurate
The Requirements:
Manager CPC for the O License is essential
Multi-drop / temperature controlled logistics experience is desired
Excellent person management skills
Team builder, mentor and proactive manager
