Transport Debrief Clerk required near Derby
Joining a growing and successful team as Transport Debrief Clerk, you will be working closely with drivers and office staff.
Working with the planning team, you will experience high volumes of work and no day will be the same.
A dynamic and focused approach to tasks will allow you to solve problems and ensure everyone has the required information.
You will be working on a remote site and will need access to a vehicle and a driving license.
The Package:
£23,000 – £25,000
4 on 4 off
6am – 6pm
The Role:
Brief and De-Brief drivers as appropriate before & after each journey
Transport Debrief Clerk will issue and receive driver equipment
You must update systems to accurately show the current status of jobs/vehicles.
Transport Debrief Clerk must ensure all vehicle tachograph and driver cards are downloaded on time
Accurately report all near misses, incidents and accidents to the Transport Manager.
The Requirements:
Previous experience in a transport office
Understanding of WTD
Excellent team player skills
