Container Transport Company are currently looking for an experienced Transport Manager to join their team.
You will be working overseeing the Transport department and ensuring Containers are being moved efficiently and most cost effectively.
The Role:
Transport Manager will oversee a small team of Driver and Planners
You will be responsible for compliance, Health & Safety & operational success
It is essential that you all goods are handled in the correct manner to ensure that damage to kept to a minimum and manual handling techniques are followed to prevent injury and harm.
As Transport Manager, you must ensure the entire operation runs smoothly and efficiently
Ensure all vehicles are compliant and maintained
The Requirements:
Manager CPC is essential
Experience in use of VBS
Strong knowledge of WTD
Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain
