Transport Manager
Transport Manager – Felixstowe – Up to £55,000
A leading Container Transport Company are currently looking for an experienced Depot Manager to oversee the team based in Felixstowe.
This growing company offer UK wide Container Transport services and work out of multiple Ports.
Must have previously managed full transport operation, container experience essential!
Job type: Permanent
Shifts: Monday – Friday | 09:00 – 17:00
The Package:
- £45,000 – £55,000
- Company Car
- 25 days holiday
The Role:
- Transport Manager will be responsible for day to day running of Felixstowe depot
- Managing all office staff, a fleet of vehicles & drivers
- Must ensure full compliance with all road transport legislation
- All routes must be planned as cost efficiently as possible
- You will be responsible for all staff from hiring to disciplinary
The Requirements:
- Manager CPC essential
- Container Transport Management – essential
- Excellent Man-manager
- Strong IT & Geographical knowledge
