Transport Manager

Transport Manager – Slough – £35,000

A multi-National Drinks Logistics company in Berkshire require an experienced Transport Manager to join their team.

A multi drop or Drinks background is essential for the Transport Manager position.

Full time – 40 hour week (Must be flexible)

Salary: £31,000 – £35,000

The Role:

As Transport Manager you will be overseeing a team of drivers and mates.
You must ensure that they meet both company standards and VOSA requirements.
All Health & Safety procedures must be adhered to and you must enforce company policies.
You will be responsible for carry out disciplinary meetings as and when required.
It is expected that the Transport Shift Manager sets and monitors KPI’s to ensure all staff perform as expected.
All documentation must be accurate.

The Requirements:

Strong people management skills
CPC qualification is preferred
Drinks / Multi drop
