Transport Planner – Nights Shift
Location: Preston, UK
Salary: £30,000 – £33,000pa (DOE)

Shifts: 4 on 4 off shift pattern (Nights)

Key Responsibilities:
- To schedule and plan day-to-day customer deliveries.
- Liaise with new and existing customers.
- Meet transport legislation commitment.
- Monitor fleet maintenance requirements and liaise with drivers.
- Daily input of KPI’s, delivery and collection issues, preparing paperwork.
Requirements:
- Previous Transport Planning Experience.
- Previous experience working for a UK based Freight Forwarder/Road Transport Company or Shipping Line.
- Previous experience with Haulage, Groupage, Container, Trunking or Ro/Ro operations/transport.
