About the Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen in Middlesbrough for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations within a growing logistics organisation. You’ll be responsible for delivering efficient warehouse performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including goods receipt, storage, and dispatch.

• Lead and develop warehouse teams to achieve productivity and quality targets.

• Optimise warehouse layout, stock control, and processes.

• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards.

• Maintain accurate documentation and performance reporting.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage budgets effectively.

About You

You’re an experienced Warehouse Manager with strong leadership, commercial awareness, and a proven track record in logistics or supply-chain operations. You’ll be confident managing teams, improving processes, and delivering measurable results.

Requirements:

• Experience in warehouse management.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Sound understanding of logistics and warehouse best practice.

• Proficient IT and reporting skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
