The Role

As Warehouse Operations Manager, you will take responsibility for the smooth running of warehouse operations across multiple on-site functions, ensuring high levels of performance, accuracy, and customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
• Leading, motivating, and developing a team of warehouse staff
• Overseeing stock control, inventory accuracy, and audit processes
• Driving continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives
• Ensuring health & safety compliance and operational best practice
• Managing KPIs, reporting, and performance metrics
• Supporting customer relationships and ensuring service excellence
• Assisting with budget control and operational planning

About You

• Proven experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience within a fast-paced logistics or distribution environment
• Good understanding of stock control, warehouse systems, and operations
• Commercial awareness with a focus on efficiency and performance
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• IT literate (Excel and warehouse systems)
• Forklift licence or experience desirable
